– web, UI-design, typography
This is a website design for the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, California. I wanted to create a clean and contemporary design that also reflected the fun, comical nature of Charles Schulz work.
I chose to use classic Peanuts character graphics combined with a bright eye catching red hue to create a simultaneous eye-catching and attractive design. I included boxes on the homepage with some of the museum's current exhibits and major weekly and monthly events, as well as a side bar with more unique upcoming events. A site map at the bottom of the page, and a quick links bar along the top make major topics and links easy to find, and a search bar in the upper right-hand corner makes anything else searchable.
