 Re:  Lactalbumin Charecterization

We are continuing our studies of the Humboldt Homegrown Dairy Farm cow suffering from a strange pattern of fat deposition. In this study we are going to characterize the lactalbumin from this cow and see if it is affected by the disease state. For methods you should see Boyer and the original literature article cited in Boyer. Katherine has the purified albumin samples provided by Humboldt Homegrown Dairy Farm Cooperative, Inc.

Because of the potential for general interest, we have also been asked to publish our results in the refereed international literature. I have chosen the journal Biochemistry as our target for publication. Thus you should write-up your results in standard Biochemistry style, with full documentation, introduction etc.
