California Roll-up: Turkey, avocado, cream cheese, garlic powder, soy sauce, olive oil, optional crab and optional nori seaweed.
Turkey Ruben: Turkey, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing on rye bread, grilled until cheese melts.
Turkey Salad Sandwich: Grind smaller pieces of leftover turkey with onion and pickled peppers. Serve on toasted bread with lettuce, mayo and a tiny bit of mustard. Good use of dry white meat.
