Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 deg. F.
Place four ovenproof cereal bowls upside down on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Unroll the filo dough on a board and cut in half to give 24 roughly square sheets. Layer six pieces over each bowl, brushing each with melted butter and staggering the corners.
Bake the pastry for 15 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oven and cool. Carefully lift the baskets off the bowls and place right side up on plates.
