I grew up in Lynnwood, Washington, and graduated from Meadowdale High School. I worked for a year at Edmonds Community College as a sustainability coordinator, meaning I helped make events/gatherings more sustainable or no-waste. I also spend my summers in Alaska, where I do hard manual labor like chainsawing, oiling/painting houses, trail clearing, and basic carpentry. I enjoy freediving/spearfishing, snowboarding, and many other outdoor activities. I am currently a Freshman at Humboldt State University studying Environmental Resource Engineering.
I have not really decided what I want to do once I graduate with an Environmental Resource Engineering degree. I am really interested in renewable resources/energy, but I have not yet decided whether I'll focus on water or energy in the program. I am mainly just focused on excelling in all my classes, while maintaining frequent membership in a few clubs.
