Design Problem

Design a 2 x 3 foot interpretive sign about a natural or cultural resource of your choice. Be sure to make the sign interpretive not just informative, easily legible and attractive to the audience.

Design Solution

I chose to create a sign about feeding ducks and geese. I designed this sign as if it would be placed at Lagoon Valley Park in Vacaville, California. Many people at Lagoon Valley feed the ducks and geese bread, but what they do not know is that bread is really bad for the waterfowl. So to catch their attention, without shaming them, I created the theme Fun or Fatal? Feeding the Waterfowl student more detail on what they will be studying.
