Individual Response to Team Projects

Purpose of the Form

One of your responsibilities for this
course is an honest statement of your
contributions and the contributions
of members of your group as you, an
individual in the group, perceive
them.
It provides an opportunity for the
following:

* for you to look at the strengths
and weaknesses of your contribution

* for you to provide feedback to
your peers on your perception of
the strengths and weaknesses of
their contributions

* for you to speculate on the group
and individual activities that might
have led to a better instructional
product and process

* for me to learn about individual
contributions to the group and the
group's function from the perspec-
tive of all members ofthe group.

Identification

DANGER -
Possible loss of responses to this
	evaluation form.

On some web browsers if, after
reading a team project at the right,
you wish to return to the project
table of contents and do so by
clicking on the 'back' button at the
upper left of the screen, your test
responses will be lost and this
screen will disappear and return
to the class syllabus screen.
Instead, click on the hot link at
the top and bottom of the team
project rather than the 'back' button.
