I am a student at Humboldt State University pursueing a degree in Environmental Resource Engineering (ERE). I gained an interest in the program due to my admiration for the natural world. I enjoy earth in its rawest form. I go backpacking in U.S. Wilderness Areas every year to expose myself with a glimpse of what the world used to be before human influence. Because of my appeal to the natural world and my understanding that humans depend on its resources to survive, I thought that getting an ERE degree might help me influence a healthier future generation, one where both people and nature can coexist.
I have a background in woodworking, for many years I made a living as a self employed cabinet maker.
