Grading Interpretation

Topic challenging and significant.

The highest "A" level grades are reserved for speeches that work very well as speeches, are well delivered and deal with a significant topic.
"B" level grades are reserved for speeches that work very well as speeches, are well delivered and deal with an interesting but not particularly significant topic.
"C" level grades are given to speeches that work very well as speeches, are well delivered but deal with an interesting but trivial topic.
