Organization well planned

Having a good organizational pattern is the key to your audience really perceiving how the ideas in your speech relate to one another.

Process speeches are almost always arranged chronologically.
Event speeches are often arranged chronologically, sometimes causally.
Object speeches: consider spatial if you are talking about a thing, not a person.
Concept speeches are often arranged topically.
- If you find yourself stuck with topical organization, be very sure to have a rock-solid preview, use connectives and phrase your main points with parallelism.
