Teaching Career

Ellen Land-Weber is Emeritus Professor of Art at Humboldt State University, which is the northernmost campus of the California State University system.

From 1974 through 2006 she taught photography in the studio art program, and history of photography in the art history program of the university Art Department.

She also taught photography at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey, on a Fulbright Senior Fellowship in 1992-93, and as a guest lecturer at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1979 and 1980.
