For this projects, designers were asked to take images off of the Internet and create a theme magazine, come up with article titles and to make it look like a series of magazines. This project allowed me to work on my Photoshop skills as well as my skills in typography. For my mastheads I had decided to go with the theme of swimming. I wanted my magazine to have a diverse cover photos because there are many diverse people who swim for exercise or as a hobby. I also needed a title that would get the readers attention so I chose the word Òsplash and made the color of it a pink, peach, and magenta color to contrast against the blue background. This project was a little challenging because I had to figure out how to get the words to go behind the heads of the swimmers but I figured it out.
