About

My name is Cheyenne Hoffman and I am a Graphic Designer and Illustrator. I began drawing at a very young age because of the inspiration of my grandfather. He worked as a caricature at Six Flags when I was a child and I used to watch him draw every night before I went to sleep. I once tried to draw in one of his sketchbooks so he decided to buy me my own. I would describe myself as a self-taught artist. Throughout school I did not take many art classes and when I finally did I already had a lot of the skills that they taught me. I decided to go to Humboldt State University as a Studio Art major because I wanted to continue and sharpen the skills that I already had. Now I can confidently say that I have improved and learned so many new skills. Just in the graphic design courses alone I have learned how to use several Adobe programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Indesign. In addition to learning those specific programs I have learned about page and web design, use of colors, typography, and so much more. As of now I am still in the process of receiving my degree and look forward to learning so much more towards my career.
