Charles Chamberlin is professor of Environmental Resources Engineering at Humboldt State University in Arcata, California, where he teaches courses in data collection and analysis, transport phenomena, and environmental health.
During his more than 30 years of experience in working on environmental problems he has supervised field, laboratory, and engineering studies of nonpoint source contamination remediation, photovoltaic systems, and hydrogen production. He has also participated in the design, development, and operation of the Schatz Solar Hydrogen Project in Trinidad, Ca., and participates in the Schatz Fuel Cell Research Project. He is currently Co-Director of the Schatz Energy Research Center.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington University in Saint Louis and a PhD and MS in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University.
