Benz. This 10-week research project focused on seismic
activity in Koryakia, Russia during the 2005-2007 period. Analysis of a
major earthquake and aftershocks produced preliminary identification of a

sponsorship of RESESS & NOAA's National Geodetic Survey (NGS),
2008. Research mentor: Pam
Fromhertz. This 10-week research project focused on data
anomalies obtained from a leveling project in the Longmont-Denver corridor.
Preliminary data indicated elevation shifts, but a thorough analysis of
collection methods identified systematic error rather than subsidence. This
allowed the data set to be corrected and published in the NGS catalog. [ Poster ]
